Trim Levels of the 2023 GMC Acadia

The GMC Acadia is a much-loved, budget-friendly, family crossover SUV. As you’ll see every year from a top carmaker like GMC, several new tweaks and features have been announced for each trim level of the newest Acadia model. So Acadia buyers can be fully informed, we’ll break down what’s included in each of the four trim levels.

Trim Levels of the 2023 GMC Acadia

The SLE

As standard with most of this year’s GMC cars, the base model of the 2023 Acadia comes with almost all of the safety features that you’d expect on a GMC in 2023. The safety features include eight airbags, heated rearview mirrors, a collision warning system, automatic braking, parking assist, blindspot monitoring, and a rearview reverse camera.

Beyond safety, GMC also packs some comfort features into the base SLE trim, including five USB ports, push-button ignition, and an 8-inch touchscreen complete with WiFi technology.

The SLT

The SLT trim takes all of the safety and comfort features of the SLE and adds a number of add-ons to make this trim a more all-around useful family car. With roof rails, heated front seats, an adjustable driver’s seat, and a power-opening trunk, the SLT is all-around a better-equipped car for a long road trip.

This trim also welcomes GMC’s well-known Infotainment system and remote starting capabilities.

The AT4

With this trim, the Acadia has been turned into a true SUV capable of off-roading and driving in all weather conditions. With an improved V6 engine, all-wheel drive, and systems for active torque control and hill descent control, this trim of the Acadia is capable of driving on all terrain.

The new V6 engine also comes with a boosted 9-speed automatic transmission, giving it an extra push up those big hills.

The Denali

For its premium-level trim, GMC has added some additional sporty features and comforting features to make the Acadia something that can be driven by even the most demanding of drivers.

Its engine has been given another upgrade to the Turbo-4, accommodating both FWD and AWD options. The dashboard has been outfitted with a power-adjusting steering wheel, windshield heads-up display, and a 360-degree camera.

If you’re looking for a family SUV that can keep you and your family comfortable and safe on the road, this year’s 2023 Acadia packs everything you might need.  But what you might be less sure about is what trim is right for you.
