PATRICK HORN IS A WONDERFUL PERSON. I CHOSE GMC 3 YEARS AGO AT WHICH TIME HE WAS THE SALESMAN. HE THEN WENT TO THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT WHERE I DEALT WITH HIM. I HAVE NOW PURCHASED A BUICK WITH PATRICK BEING THE SALESPERSON. HE IS A PERFECT GENTLEMAN AND TAKES EXCELLANT CARE OF HIS CUSTOMERS. YOU CAN BELIEVE WHAT HE TELLS YOU.

when we were checking out there was an employee that had made a comment that there was too many people in the room and she glared at us and abruptly left the room. We relate this to Ray the manager and the woman then took our address from the system and mailed us a nasty and rude letter. Pictures of the letter where then sent to an employee who then escalated up to Ray once again. Ray had called us yesterday apologizing but I feel it is in my best interest to take our business elsewhere. A copy of the letter and envelope using the company stamp that was used to email to us will be sent to corporate.
I had an oil change done last Friday. They called to tell me my car was ready and we were still running a few errands. I thought target closed at 6, but they actually closed at 5. I was 20 minutes late getting there. I felt so awful and the guy kept reassuring me that it was fine and still took the time to explain the recalls on my car and what they fixed. Thank you for everything! Next time I���ll double check what time you close.
