After driving away from dealership, noticed metallic noise coming from under car. Had to take it back to the dealership to correct the problem. Mgr said it happened because a panel was hitting a tire. Tech did not catch. Corrected problem and car seems fine.
The people who greeted us were very friendly and respectful to us. We were given a detailed explanation of the work that was done plus we given the opportunity to ask questions if there was something we didn't understand.
The service manager I dealt with could of been more professional by looking up my information and seeing that I bought a car that was Pre owned certified and had a bumper to bumper warranty. Instead he said " I do not know if I will have a loaner car for you and I do not if the problem will be covered under warranty" when the clearly the problem was a mechanical issue I and with the warrantyI am guarnteed a car. The problem was not fixed and my wife had to go in and schedule the next appointment on Monday 10/23/2019. The same service manager dealt with my wife and told her the same thing and was getting her worried that she was not gonna have a car to drive and that we were going to have to pay for repairs instead of trying to be professional and somewhat caring of her situation. Luckily the guy that sold us the car, Mark Rauschenberger said "yes of course we will have a car ready for you and the repairs will be covered because we basically knew what the problem is. Then when my wife made the appointment with the sales manager and she said I can drop it off on Wednesday October 2, 2019 his first response to her was "Well it has to be before 4:30 because I have to leave by 4:30 and he made sure to make the clear to her instead of being more concerned about her and furthermore you have a key drop off box so I am pretty sure it does not matter when we drop the car off. I do not appreciate somebody in his position being more worried about his self then the customers especially when it is my wife. She is not comfortable with going up there now if there is a chance she will have to deal with him.
